This is why a person should replace the tips on pressure washing devices regularly. When doing so though one must take into consideration the GPM and the PSI they are operating at. This determines the tip size they will replace. Yes, that is right tips are sized and using the wrong size tip can affect the desired results.

Wand Tips
This is a single tip so using the chart below determine which tip you will need. Let’s say you are running a 4 GPM machine at 4000 PSI. You will need a #4 tip.
